“À la carte” Delights

When your stomach is growling after an amazing day in the mountains, you are welcome to sit back in the restaurant of the Falkenstein Hotel: The Federspiel. The dishes are always prepared to order with fresh ingredients. As a starter, we serve a soup or a salad. Or how about our bowls? After a strenuous walk, you may crave for one of our hearty delicacies. The Landlord Sepp calls it “simply delicious”: a grilled skewer, a cutlet or a steak. Our casserole meals are also very popular among the guests. From two persons on, we gladly serve a Swiss style “cheese fondue” with savoury side dishes and pastries. How about the table-grill “Hutessen” or a cheese fondue right at the fire place in the garden? Sit back and enjoy a great dining experience.

And how about a sweet finish? Indulge yourself with a little delightful sin. You may taste a strawberry and mint parfait, a curd cheese strudel or an Austrian style pancake. Our sweet temptations make not only the sweet-toothed happy.
