Yoga Sessions and Workouts

Meanwhile fitness and wellness are intrinsically linked notions. Yoga excellently combines both, involving body, mind and soul in breathing, meditation and physical exercise aimed at relaxation. You can enjoy a yoga session, based on a truly holistic approach, every week at the Falkenstein Spa Hotel. (registration required) If you wish more yoga lessons you can book your private yoga lesson.

If you prefer a workout, you are always welcome to use free of charge our fitness room with various equipment or test yourself with our experts Peter and Andi to find out your physical state or make a new training plan.

From now on we offer you the fascinating trend sport Free Cross on our hard court and in the incredible nature around the hotel.

With our two coaches Catherine and Peter (Level 1 Cross Fit Trainer) you will experience a whole new kind of training with the most diverse elements of skill, balance, coordination and accuracy.

The trainings take place several times a week, experience is not necessary. Takes place even in winter with a wonderful atmosphere in the floodlight. Fixed dates are Tuesday and Thursday at 18h. Further dates on request. Registration required – Participation FREE

Multi-Stage Fitness Test

The multi-stage test consists of the measurement of selected performance parameters (heart rate, lactate level, breathing) at regular intervals, with the speed (km/h) or the power (kW) of the exercise being slowly and stepwise increased.

Bioelectric Impedance Analysis

Other than the analysis of the endurance capacity, we provide the measurement of the body composition. The bioelectric impedance analysis consists of the measurement of the body tissue resistance by means of electrodes (fat, bone and muscle mass as well as body fluids).

Personal Coaching

If you would like to enhance your strength, endurance, speed and agility, our “Personal Coaching” service might be the right thing for you. The precise goals are discussed and laid down in a preliminary talk. The training scheme is then carried out in supervised exercise sessions. The correct performance of the exercises and the adequate number of repetitions are essential for an effective and healthy training.
