There’s a lot on offer in Kaprun at any time of year: great events such as the Bauernherbst festival as well as various season openings by ski manufacturers on the Kitzsteinhorn and laid-back parties in the village await you. If the snow conditions allow, most of the sights are also still open.
Nature itself is one of the biggest highlights: When the leaves in the valley are all changing color, the summit of the Kitzsteinhorn and its surrounding mountains are already gleaming in white splendor.
