Free cross training for beginners tooYou can expect a mixture of many different types of training, e.g. bodyweight exercises, weightlifting exercises, gymnastics and much more.
In co-operation with the training group “CELTICS – Free Cross Training” we offer training sessions on the artificial turf pitch in Piesendorf.
Tuesday: 18:45 – 19:45 in Piesendorf (registration until Monday 18:00)
Thursday 18:45 – 19:45 in Piesendorf (registration until Wednesday 18:00)
Sunday 9:00-10:00 am in Piesendorf (registration until Saturday 18:00)
