In our hotel restaurant we offer a separate children’s menu for children up to 15 years of age. Since we attach great importance to serving healthy food, especially to our little guests, there is always a small version of the adult dishes as well as a classic children’s dish as a main course. The entire children’s menu consists of a soup, a main course and dessert. We cook with fresh and regional ingredients.
Cheese and sausage from the breakfast buffet, for example, come from farmers and butchers in Zell am See-Kaprun. We also source the vegetables for dinner from well-known farmers.
